Rules are important. so, here are some ground rules
1. Respect: respect your fellow members, not only the staff. ONLY I'M ALOUD TO DIS PEOPLES!!!!
2. Language: watch your language. don't say any unpleasant words. use D**m or sh** instead. this one i'm a bit leanient on because i swear all the fucking time in five damn languages lol ;D but no racial slurs. first off, i know people all over the world via sites like this, and second off, i'm a complete racial mutt. i have a bit of everything in my veins, so i can personally be insulted. ONLY I MAKE THE RACIAL JOKES AROUND HERE! but feel free to make sexist and blonde jokes though.
3. Work: Work hard, write something worthwhile instead of; " hi, my guy's awesome" it's a complete waste of time. Write at least a three sentence paragraph for every role-playing post, to make things better for everyone. and please, no bad grammar, please. i don't spell good enough to restrict spelling, but seriously. i'm typing in complete sentances here and i'm lazy as hell. if i can do it, you people should be doing it more.

Sign-Up: when you sign up, post your character in the sign-up board. do this with your charrie's name, species, gender, age, history, and markings. the secret sentence is: "Lucario ish awesome!". seriously, if you people know me, you shouldn't need to look in the rules for the secret sentance. I mean, my user name on almost everything is "lucariolover1023". what did you expect? Zoruark is awesome? i hate that damn pokemon for stealing Lucario's thunder.
5. Limit: you can have as many characters as you want, but if you have to many, you can arrange for a few to leave the region. I'll be more than willing to loan you the local mafia to help, if you ask nicely. After all, Don Empoleon runs the Pokerazzi.
6. Powerplaying: No GODMODDING or POWERPLAYING, unless your a member of the staff in which case it is encouraged.
7. Pokemon: if your a pokemon trainer you can have up to six pokemon in your party at any one time, and as many in the pc as you want. And to simplify that, it's basically the same as in the games. pm a staff member if you want to be a legendary pokemon/pokemorph. the exception is Latias, who i'm reserving for a friend, at least for now.

Shopping: when you go to a shop, post what you want to buy. if you have enough money, it'll appear in your inventory. it is possible to find items. feel free to buy items not in shops like books and stuff. anything without a set price will be decided by a mod. that's right, we're the government stealing your money.
9. Money: Poke is the currency in Ahela for pokemon and pokemorphs. Cash is the currency for humans and pokemorphs. You earn money by posting, winning certain events, and finding it, provided a staff member decides you got lucky. you can probably also get a job, or take up a life of crime. i doubt a voltorb would be a very good computer engineer, so pokemon can't get human jobs and humans can only take specific jobs.
10. Most Important: HAVE FUN! feel free to tell blonde and sexist jokes on either side of the gender. especially blonde jokes. i'm running out of good ones to tell.
a blonde, a redhead, and a brunette are stranded on an island a mile from shore. the brunette swims 1/4 of the, gets tired and drowns. the redhead swims 1/2 of the way, gets tired and drowns. the blonde swims 9/10 of the way to shore and starts to get tired. "i'm not going to get tired and drown like those other two!" the blonde says to herself. so she turns around and starts swimming back to the island. lol one of my favorite jokes.
