Personality: Wants to help people with his powers to make the world a better place after seeing all the crime in his childhood, so he became a bounty hunter. But he can also seem pretty evil if you make him angry.
History: Coming from a line of grass type pokemorphs he grew up in a rough neighborhood fully aware of his powers and trained with his family. He was marked super special awesome by his friends and had a hard time from most people as they marked him as a freak. So he wanted to help good people from the bad.
